Winter Solstice

Yesterday it was the shortest day of the year - Winter Solstice. New Zealand is currently being battered by storms with snow in the South and howling winds and rain in the North. Here in the city it's muggy along with the wind and rain. Plain weird. It's still the same weather today and I'm packing up my alphasmart and heading to a coffeeshop in a mall to do some writing. I really need to get out of the house, so I'm braving the elements.

Best Man releases next Friday, and I received my author copies yesterday. Yay! Unfortunately, the blurb and excerpt aren't up on my website yet since the redesign is still in the works. But soon, very soon.
